If you are dissatisfied with the photos generated using our AIHeadShotMaster technology, we are pleased to offer you a full refund. - What Doesn't Qualify for a Refund

• Poor Quality Inputs: If, upon careful review of your input images, we determine that they do not meet the criteria for successful AI-generated pictures, we are not obligated to provide a refund. However, we may offer to recreate the AI photos while clarifying the requirements for the uploaded images.
• Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. We can only process refund requests received within this timeframe.
• After Model Training: Once our model has undergone training, we cannot provide refunds. The training process involves the utilization of GPU resources and incurs associated costs for training your images. Consequently, we cannot accommodate refunds following this stage of the process.
